Transport to the destination is not included in any of our trips. Therefore, you can choose the way of travelling, the company, the departure airport and the time that you prefer.

There are travelers who prefer to arrive a few days early or return a little after the end of the trip thanks to the fact that we give them total freedom of choice!

The common fund is the money needed for transportation, entrance to monuments and optional activities. It is established once at the destination and in local currency. It is collected and managed throughout the trip by the coordinator.

This is the best method to facilitate group payments and speed up the time. When it is an optional activity, it is only used if all the travelers in the group participate in the activity.

We always set an approximate amount, but it is possible that it may vary and it will be necessary to increase it. If there is money left at the end of the trip, it will be divided equally among the participants.

All groups are accompanied by an experienced coordinator, who takes care of the logistics and ensures that everyone has an unforgettable trip.

Its main functions are managing the planned itinerary, proposing different activity options, managing transport reservations and offering support when necessary in an unfamiliar environment.

Travelling with a coordinator allows for greater freedom, an extra touch of adventure and the participation of the whole group. It is like a trip with friends, but knowing and having the security of having received training on the destination and the route.

You will meet your coordinator once the trip is confirmed, as they will create a WhatsApp group where you can ask all the questions prior to departure and start getting to know the other travelers.

The coordinator’s common fund will be covered by the travellers, with each paying a proportional part.

Our tours are made up of small groups of travelers with similar ages and interests.

The groups are homogeneous to ensure that travelers have the best possible experience. We will classify the trips into two age ranges (25-35 years / 35-45 years)

The rooms on the trip are double, triple or quadruple, depending on the destination and availability. Therefore, you will only share a room with fellow travelers of the same sex. The rooms will never be mixed, nor will we share with people outside the group.

Depending on the destination and availability, a single room may be available for an additional fee. This option is available at the time of purchase.

Regarding the hotels you will be staying at, we send them a few days before the departure date, along with other useful information to prepare for the trip. Part of Huakai’s philosophy is to provide our travelers with typical accommodations integrated into the local culture, avoiding large tourist chains. 🏨

Of course! The WhatsApp group is created about two weeks before the trip begins, so that all the travelers and the coordinators get to know each other.

The local language is Vietnamese, although in some places, due to past influences, you can find people who speak Chinese and even French. Due to the rise in tourism, English is also a language that has gained a lot of strength.

Vietnam has several different types of climate: subtropical climate in the northern and inland regions with dry winters and humid summers, and monsoon climate in the central and southeastern regions with rain and high temperatures.

No visa is required if the length of stay does not exceed 15 days, as the duration of our trip is shorter, you would not need any documents. It is important to have a passport with 6 months of validity.

No mandatory vaccination is required, thank goodness! However, we always recommend going to the international vaccination centre for advice.

It’s a good idea to prepare a small first aid kit with your usual medications, skin disinfectants, band-aids and antibiotics.

Always stay hydrated and protected from the sun, especially in hotter areas.

Please note that it is mandatory to bring a travel backpack and not a suitcase, as we will change hotels several times.

Wear comfortable clothing as we will be visiting some of the places on foot. Depending on the season, the type of clothing you will need will vary, so don’t forget to check the weather forecast before packing.

It is recommended to wear everyday sneakers and comfortable shoes, avoiding new shoes that could hurt us.

Yes, you will need to bring an adapter for your trip to Vietnam, as the plugs are type A, C and G.
